We are excited to welcome Umberto Garabello as member of Maiyak’s Advisory Board.
Umberto is currently working for Hyper Island, a digital education specialist based in Stockholm but with a global footprint. He has the role of Chief Growth Officer and is responsible for strategy, business development and investor relations. Before that, Umberto spent 8 years in London working first as investment banker at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and then as strategy consultant at Virgin.
Umberto is convinced that the private capital markets would benefit greatly from increased transparency. And Maiyak is positioned to drive this disruptive change, which he finds very exciting.
‘The informational efficiency brought by Maiyak’s digital platform, together with the experience and commitment of the founding team, has the potential to be a game changer in allowing a larger base of investors to confidently bet on the private capital market.
